These questions and answers are only to be used as a guide.

  •  How fast can you dispatch my order? 

If you place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday, then your order will be dispatched that day by First Class Royal Mail or 24 hour Courier Service (depending on what’s ordered). If an item is to be delivered by a Courier, please be aware that they do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday. Bank Holidays are also excluded.  

  • Is it correct that you do not charge anything for delivery or packing?

 Yes that is right, it doesn’t matter if you buy 1 item or 20 items, all products are postage free

 

  • I see that you accept Credit & Debit Cards, would I be able to pay by Paypal?

 

Yes, you are very welcome to pay by Paypal. When you are taken to the payment screen you will see the option for paying by Paypal.

  • I don’t own a computer but have seen your website at a friends house, how do I place an order?

Please take a note of the code number and a brief description of the item, then telephone our sales line on 01482 229779. You can then place your order, ask any questions and then pay by a Debit or Credit Card.

  • I would like an item delivered to my place of work, is this possible?

We are able to dispatch to a different address, but for security you must register an account with this site first. When you register an account you can monitor all your orders placed & see when items are dispatched. You also have control over which address you want to use so you can have items sent to friends & family or the workplace.

If you choose the Express Checkout then you can only have your order dispatched to the address which your credit/or debit card is registered.

 

  • I see you have a Retail Outlet, are all your products available to view?

 Some are but due to the vast amount of products, our  FANCY DRESS and JOKES are  MAIL ORDER ONLY. 

We dispatch items so fast it’s just as easy to have items delivered. Please remember we can deliver to a different address apart from your home.

  • If I place an order online, can I collect it from your Retail Outlet?

 Unfortunately this is not possible. Even though the same Company owns both our  Mail Order business   (www.BaxtersOnline.co.uk)  &   Retail Outlet (Baxters),   they are run and managed as two different entireties.

  •   Which other Countries do you deliver to?  

  At the present time we only deliver to the United Kingdom .  

  • An item I ordered is not quite what I wanted, so I would like to return it please.

That is absolutely fine. We try and make it as easy as possible, without fuss for you to return an order, subject to our Terms & Conditions (Your Statuary Rights are not effected). Please read the Information Section, Terms & Conditions about how to return an item.
